5.2 Wagering Requirement

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposited amount will be eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

8.1 Self-Closure

A player may request Self-Exclusion to voluntarily suspend their own account via 24/7 Live Chat. During the exclusion period, deposits and play will not be possible. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn after a review is completed.

8.2 Closure by euro69

euro69 may immediately suspend or close an account without prior warning if it believes a term has been violated or that an action could be harmful to the platform.
